The marshmallow perfectionist

Sophie... The queen of marshmallow toasting, cooking them to perfection every time; crispy on the outside but not burnt, and gooey on the inside. They were highly requested and her generous self continued to toast them for all the other members of the group. Throughout the trip Sophie has continued to be vibrant and humorous and never fails to make the 'squad' laugh. Although Sophie was overwhelmed during parts of the trip, she remained composed and demonstrated huge acts of bravery, especially when she chose 'death by chocolate' as a dessert in Cape Town (despite feeling bad about eating the cauldron) (she soldiered on).
