Exercise flowing through team R.A.V.E.R.S

Camped up in The Best Western the squad were were itching to get there sweat on! None more so than team captain Kamilah who has regained the cheerleading ability of her past, warming up even before we got off the coach (yes that is her leg). 

Karoo national park was an unforgettable experience for all that entered the lion Kingdom. Leaving came hard after a few remarkable days at the school. Ties were giving out at the concussion and sported as seen in picture two where team captain k-dawg was making a bold fashion statement with the accessory.

There is lots of love on the tour bus for all the beafont west town and safe to say everyone involved was humbled.
