Whilst Chloe may be the smallest, she always has the largest smile. Even whilst battling through an illness she has remained enthusiastic and positive. 

Chloe has also shown just how involved we have been getting with the activities. From photographing football matches to running 5km around a national park, she has remained extremely committed
